YANNI YI LAM NG

Yanni Ng is a Manchester-based theatre director from Hong Kong.

She enjoys creating work that is female-led, visually striking, and incorporates musicality and movement to explore social issues, often focusing on the difficulties of defining identity and belonging.

She also has experience working as a freelance sound and lighting designer for theatre.

Yanni was previously part of the Sheffield Theatres Bank Cohort and is currently in the Royal Court’s Assistant Directors Pool.
