Another Life
Another Life 另生 comprises of five vignettes of five Chinese people making a life in England, all from varying backgrounds and ages.
From a student who’s just arrived in the UK, an avid traveller looking for a fresh start, to an elderly gentleman reminiscing on his life before, the play looks at the complexities of belonging and finding comfort in a place far away from home.
This production was directly inspired by testimonies from East-Asian immigrants in Greater Manchester.
